Tomorrow morning, I will be on my way to Chifeng in Inner Mongolia for a new backend system and businese purpose training meeting. It's an 11 hours train travel from Beijing to Chifeng. And thanks for the summer vacation, there is no seats and beds left for me. I don't know if it is a really bad moment to travel. But I'm happy to get a break from this 40C city and count the mysterious 108 tunnels while I'm standing in the train.

Talking about the new backend* system, I won't forget about all these painful and tough arguments with our software architect. You know what, the most difficult part of the whole thing, is to integrate the programing with the reality. I think this war isn't over and there is always a better solution and everytime we argue about something, we will get a clearer view in a bigger picture about Wokai operations. Thank god, we're coming to the very last stretch. The new backend system is ready to launch within 10 days! Now we are ready to welcome the new era of Wokai backend system version 2.0!

*Backend system: It is a system that will allow Wokai Field Partner to manage Wokai pilot program. It has 4 main functions: borrowers profile, financial record, risk management and interactive operation with frontend (like blog, updates, etc).
